While I'd always thought of myself as crafty, I never identified as artistic because I thought artistic talent was something people either did or didn't have, not as something they'd learned through dedicated effort. Then I took my first watercolor class and realized anyone can be an artist when they decide to practice art.

Our vision is to spread the idea that anyone can learn artistic techniques like wildfire by guiding other artists to light their own creative spark.
A tiny bit of curiosity can start a movement... we'd love to have you be part of the adventurous artists who used to think they didn't have a creative bone in their body :)

We want people to learn why a technique, tip, or tool is recommended. We adapt our delivery to the needs of each group and use artist-quality materials to ensure our new artists have positive experiences they can build on. In the end, each artist will find their own preferences... we're just here to share our experiences while you find your faves.

Our basement studio has a wide range of creative tools that we can use to turn your interesting idea into reality!
We offer courses in Acrylic Pour and Watercolor and explore techniques that help frame your artistic process including color, composition, mediums, surfaces, choosing the right materials, and what to do with paintings that aren't your favorite ... the list is almost endless. You can dig deep or just dig in and see what happens next, it's up to you!
